The training content for this course will be prepared for you in accordance with the CBTA model before the course begins. The content is based on the participant assessment that we create for each of your employees before the start of a training course. You can also download the participant assessment as a template in the window on the right and complete it yourself if you already have experience with the participant assessment and would like to complete the participant assessment, TNA for short, yourself. This requirement of the participant assessment is mandatory by law.

We create the training content for you in accordance with the CBTA model before the training begins. To do this, we need the participant assessment, which is required by law. We would be happy to help you create this. When registering for the course, please indicate that you would like us to help you with the assessment or that you would like us to create it for you.
