According to the Dangerous Goods Officer Ordinance (GbV), companies involved in the transportation of dangerous goods must appoint a dangerous goods officer. There are only a few exceptions to this obligation. A dangerous goods officer can also be appointed externally. An external dangerous goods officer saves time and money and enables you to achieve success right from the start of the project. The expertise of an external dangerous goods officer saves you having to train internal employees or hire a new employee. An external dangerous goods officer offers you professionalism, expertise and competence – even on a small budget.

Before we start working in your company, we will visit your premises. Our initial inspection is non-binding and does not oblige you to appoint an external dangerous goods officer.

Safety data sheets (SDS) are among the most important tools in the supply chain. They inform the user about hazard characteristics and protective measures for both people and the environment. What many people do not know is that the shipper is liable for the classification of his dangerous goods. Make sure that your safety data sheets are legally compliant and that you are not liable for the mistakes of third-party companies. We help you to comply with all legal requirements worldwide. Are you a company that requires a waste management officer in accordance with the Ordinance on Waste Management Officers (AbfBeauftrV)? As an external waste officer, we can support you in areas such as material flow analysis, the development of concepts for the introduction of environmentally friendly and low-waste processes and the preparation of the annual report.

An external waste manager saves time and money and enables you to achieve success right from the start of the project. The expertise of an external waste manager saves you having to train internal staff or hire a new employee.

We advise company management and employees on matters relevant to waste prevention and disposal. We also monitor and control operational processes with regard to waste and the circular economy. In doing so, we monitor the paths of waste from its generation or delivery to its recycling or disposal. In doing so, we ensure that you comply with the laws and regulations applicable to waste. Our tasks in accordance with the Waste Management Officer Ordinance (AbfBeauftrV) and the Closed Substance Cycle Waste Management Act (KrWG) include

ISO 37301 formulates the requirements for effective compliance management. Companies that set up and operate their compliance organization in accordance with this international standard demonstrate that they ensure compliance with legal and other obligations. ISO 37301 also offers the opportunity to have this confirmed by independent certification.

We provide you with an external compliance officer in accordance with ISO 37301. In this way, we ensure that the legal regulations are fully implemented. In doing so, we ensure that your operational processes are not disrupted. If necessary, we will be on hand to answer any questions you may have during visits to the authorities.

Both Article 37 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Section 38 of the Federal Data Protection Act stipulate that certain companies are legally obliged to appoint a data protection officer. These are companies that meet one of the following three requirements

• At least 20 people are permanently involved in the automated processing of personal data.
• The core activity of the company consists of the systematic processing of personal data.
• The company processes particularly sensitive personal data – regardless of its volume.

An external data protection officer (DPO) acts as a central component of an organization, playing a crucial role in safeguarding the confidentiality and integrity of personal data. We are at your side as an external data protection officer and support you in fully complying with all legal requirements.
Our tasks as an external data protection officer include, in particular, advising management on compliance with data protection regulations and implementing data protection requirements in the company’s organizational structures and processes. We monitor the correct application of data protection principles, conduct training courses to raise awareness of data protection issues and mediate between the interests of external parties and your company.

Members of the secure supply chain must identify the CIS (Critical Information and Communication Systems) used for their purposes and must appoint a cybersecurity officer. CIS within the meaning of No. 1.7.1. of the Annex to Regulation (EU) 2015/1998) are all systems and data that could reduce the security level of civil aviation if their confidentiality, integrity or availability is lost, in particular

• electronic communications networks within the meaning of Article 2a of Directive 2002/21/EC
• a system or a component of interconnected or interrelated systems which, individually or in combination, perform automatic processing of digital data (based on BMI Annex I to the National Aviation Security Program as of 09/22 p.6)
• digital or analog data stored, processed, retrieved or transmitted by the above-mentioned elements for the purpose of their operation, use, protection and maintenance

insofar as the systems alone or in conjunction with each other have an impact on aviation security.

We support you as an external cyber security officer and advise you on all your legal obligations in accordance with the Implementing Regulation of the European Union 2015/1998. We also train your staff in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 11.2.8 of the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1998.

Companies with environmentally relevant facilities are obliged to appoint qualified environmental officers for areas such as water protection, waste disposal, immission control and accident prevention. These tasks can be performed internally or outsourced to external service providers. We offer you the necessary expertise in all legally regulated areas. On request, we can take on the role of central environmental coordinator in your company – so that you can concentrate on your own core competencies.
