The training content for this course is created for you in accordance with the CBTA model before the start of the training. The content is based on the participant assessment that we create for each of your employees before the start of training. You can also download the participant assessment as a template in the window on the right and complete it yourself if you already have experience with the participant assessment and would like to complete the participant assessment, TNA for short, yourself. This requirement of the participant assessment is mandatory by law.
We create the training content for you in accordance with the CBTA model before the training begins. To do this, we need the participant assessment, which is required by law.
